If one was so inclined they could get a copy of the server hosting code for daoc, host there own daoc server on the patch they wish and create any character for anyone with added rr or rr1 or not. A complete game master while also letting any join who they wished with password and username.

of course that is highly illegal and if the daoc / goa lads found out they'd be quite upset and would attempt to catch you no doubt.

!.65 was the Savage fix patch as far as I remember, and leave savages out of this, I have stated many times that it's a fucked up class.

Do GOA GMs (Requiel, Zenythe etc) even take note and point this feedback onto the people who can actually change daoc back to 1.65 or whatever? It all seems pointless whining, if we aint whining to know one, i would like to hear that they think about it. If im wrong and they have, please tell me, but i havent seen anything.

GOA, make one server that will be running 1.65 for all time!.

I'll happily give up everything for such a server.

(Mabe someone could create a poll or something here? If there was made a 1.65 patch server, would you play there? etc.)
