Sugary rubbish. 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away' goes the old saying, they forget 'An apple a day keeps the dentist in business'.

The best drink for you is mineral water, ie the stuff out of the tap (corporation pop).

Even when drinks don't have sugar in them, they have aspartame, and that's a damn sight more damaging then sugar. Just do a search for aspartame on the web....

Aspartame is the devils jism. It was initially developed as an ulcer treatment until one of the guys who developed it realised how sweet it was. Food tests are a lot less strict than drug trials so it became an artificial sweetner.

The thing is if it gets hot enough it will break down into formaldahyde which is shit rotten for you. This is thought to be a contributing factor to Gulf War Syndrome i.e. diet coke reaching temps of 80C out in the old desert.

You gotta love diet fizzy juice (nearly all contain aspartame).... I don't drink the stuff anymore.
