IE6 new browser window

Can anyone help? When IE6 opens a new popup window it just hangs. I have most recent Windows updates with latest IE6 patch......not happy


Processer - AMD Athlon 1.4
Memory - 256
Graphics - GeForce2 Ti 64
Operating System - Win98SE
Error - No popup windows open

I presume the reinstall didnt work.
