I'd though about this before but the Givf Solo Fights thread has inspired me to put it down. How about the merchants near the portals start stocking a new ticket to The Arena. This is a Zone where all classes can go and duel. In effect it is a friendly zone as no fighting is allowed unless you go through the /duel procedure. RP's can be disabled for it. Maybe have a spell cast on you when you enter that allows you to understand enemy realms languages to make arranging fights a bit easier. It would certainly be a lot of fun and we can have a lot of the "i'll pwn yo unbuffed" arguments sorted once and for all 
. Maybe even have a little flutter on the winners to make it more interesting for spectators.
I'm sure i've missed something out but thats the basics of it anyway.
