idea how to killl the dragon

Hello all,

Maybe u think im stupit but im a troll so dont blame me.

When a couple of days ago i seen someguys build a scorpion an killing mobs..

My idee was if we go there with alot of tools an suplies make a huge siege weapon amount an fire it on the same time..

maybe we have a change to get his health down .. then all the debuffsing starts an then the fighters how go an try to killl it

Note: This is all based on idea's so dont flame our yell

I think the dragon will flame you when it gets close.. and the siege weapons fire too slow to keep the dragon busy (and therefore giving him the ability to heal later on)

To be able to stand a chance against the dragon you need to get into its "melee-range" so it doesn't AE (AE = instakill) and because of the damage seige-equipment does you'd probably have to build it inside the lair otherwise the dragon'd most likely just aggro and nuke it to bits in one hit.

Siege dosnt work of effect the dragon!

Best way to kill it is to have 4 people attack it from each corner and rez and heal and keep sending 4 more. Its better that one dies and not eveyone to its bad breath!

The idea did cross our minds earlier so we took the liberty of testing all siege weapons on yellow/orange mobs. The reload time is very long and the damage output rediculous on mobs. Only thing i think its good for is to initiate the dragon attack so that the first aoe nuke does not take immediate casualties.

when you attack mobs with siege weapons though, they agro the operator, not the weapon itself...

Sieges and NPC's

We tryed some scorpios and trebuchets vs some grennys near DC
the other day in emain and we got some odd's 100 200 dmg per hit. =(
Don't think siegecrafts will do that harm t a dragon =P

we shoudl set up a little alb V middy seigecraft war in emain sometime...

set up a few of each model, and bash the libving hell out of each other, no combat/snipers allowed, only siege craft

Don't know about all siege weapons, but I was at Bledmeer (oh happy days) when the albs had a catapult (I think). Hit me for around 100dmg per shot (and it was very slow). It was annoying purely because it interrupted casting, the dmg sucked.

might have been the iron one?

Heard something about the fine alloy ballista packs 2,5k dmg, not sure tho

afaik siege weaps does bad dmg vs mobs, but not sure.
It would be fun to see 100+ catapults and ballistas, and a 3..2..1..fire

I think it would result in a nice and big ae nuke
