ICQ Contact lists and saving them....

Can anyone tell me where ICQ contact lists are saved and can I back them up? What I want to do is completely reformat both my HD's and do a fresh install of everything but I don't want to lose information. What do I need to backup in order to keep my contact list?

U need to find your ICQ directory and then copy the 'NewDB' folder... this may be a small 1 meg file or a huge 40 megger like mine! But its got da info so thats the stufff u wanna back up
