Help Icon problem.

I've got a problem with my taskbar icons.

It shows most icons correctly, but latest icons show as those "unidentified" icons(same you get on rar files when you don't have winrar etc), aka, not right icons.

Any ideas?

Windows 7 btw.

i cant help, but i can say that i find the windows 7 taskbar to be completely and utterly fucking usless

Have no idea.. My XP is working just fine

the application the shortcut points to has probably moved or been deleted so the shortcut icon no longer knows where to point to

Nah, thought about that, but i re-installed it fresh and the icon placed is the same.
