Ice Storm?

wandering round raum loc 40k 42k I saw a mob called ice storm... can't cast at it (no message why not) neutral causes dot when near it at 100 a second. purple to a lvl 50.. never ever heard of it before? anyone know what it is for?

hehe sounds pretty funky, kinda like that thing in north gripklosa mtns where it triggers an avalanche when you kill that small pebble

Ice Storm is the Energy Sourge for Fyglia Quest (GOA), i think, but me and my other m8s went for the muspelheim one.

3 of them exist : in musp, in ram end in trollheim =)

the weird thing was it wasn't there earlier, I gues it might appear in a random place.....

must do that quest at some point
