I'm not sure what UI you are referring to, but Camelot Vault has a good list here:

I just installed "Viddi's UI" over my old "Derida" and it seems quite handy. I hope you find the one you're after.

That is the freeze UI, however it hasn't been updated for years. Not sure if it will still work, but here's the link to download it:

I wub that ui. Xept I made changes to it and that group monitor is horrible
