Yeh, its annoying to have the bag full of arrows when going to hunt for longer perioid. No place for loot!

Stacks of 100 would be nice

Btw, whats the best piercing wep I could go look for? Dropped ones I mean. Something from Spraggon's Den?

Apart from quest weapons and one time drops which are at levels a bit higher than you are yet (that are often 100% quality), the best pierce weapons are always high quality player crafted, with enchantment bonus. Even with the nicest drops that have +DEX +STR and skill stats, you will systematically hit more often and do more damage with crafted.
