I don't know if anyone else followed his story, I did. I stumbled across it shortly after my father died of cancer a couple of years ago and it helped a bit.
I will be buying his book when it comes out.

I've only really scanned his columns in the past but I was was aware of him. I do recall seeing the fact his last column had been posted but it didn't really sink in what I was reading. Maybe I just read it as "his latest column".

I like his closing words in his last column about how he doesn't know how he got his cancer but there are plenty of people out there who do know why they themselves got cancer and if his column can get just a few people to give up smoking then it's a good thing.

I read bits, but always felt i was intruding on something.
Its a shame that cancer has claimed yet another victim.

Just goes to show how frail life really is.

shame :(

i remember reading it and being amazed at the courage he showed and how open he was with his feelings

Hopefully one day a cure will be found to help the others that this guy helped
