I want a RvR Ranger? What should I spec in?

2. high stealth <-- wont be usefull after 1.50 tho
3. high pathfinding
4. then what ever left into a melee skill

Gonna try a ranger spec see what i can come up with:

Stealth : 30
Peirce : 34
PathFinding : 42
Recurve Bow : 39
Celtic Duel : 21

10 pnts left over

If u auto bow till 48 (obviuosly if u got m8`s to pl u)
U get 77xtra pnts to slap in either cd or stealth

Thr..urm Piercing - 10 (eek)
Pathfinding - 48 (last dex/quic buff)
Recurve Bows - 50 (mm habit of mine to always max bow )

Max bow for what? last crit is at 27 and from 39 its easy to get 50 with item bonuses

Thanks everyone you've been a hell of a help I'm gonna max bow, then gonna spend points 3/4 pathfinding 1/4 stealth and throw a few points into pierce Thx everyone

ask a ranger/scout or what ever, 39 bow + the items and shit to get it upto 50 or, 50 bow + items and shit to take it up to god knows

Spec over 50 makes no difference so whats the point?
(or am i wrong as always lol Eleasias ne1 confirm deny this?)

spec on my ranger at 50 will be:

stealth: 37
bow: 43
PF: 40 (2nd to last dex/qui)
pierce: 30 (dobs fang)
CD: 9

They still add Weaponskill and Weapon damage, thou Mytic has said that it's not supposed to be like that, and will probably do something about it. so spec above 50 will be useless in EU uhmm year 2489 (?)

I was informed difference between 50 bow and 40 bow is just 5% damage. So me, myself and I will be going somethin like :

Bow 42
PF 40
Pierce 39
Stealth 30
CD whats left

Follow that and you wont go too far wrong, maybe a few less on Bow and more into somethin else.

Gonna get my bow to 50 because it's 60 with items and 70 with RvR titles lol!

Stealth to 30 I think
CD to 15
pathfinding to around 45
and rest in piercing

i personally think it is unwise to take bow that high but dont worry, you have a long time to think about it

there is no point training bow to 50 , its just a waste of alot of points , there is no differance in damage between 42 bow and 50 bow

and if u havent noticed it is very very hard to get some nice RB item , eg. archer bracers
