so tell me then where can i get such a rocket launcher bug from

It is a bug.

Just like the Nail Gren bug.

But that doesnt mean you wont get banned for it, a wonid has already been banned from all BW HalfLife servers for exploiting it.

You dont "get" the bug from anywhere, you exploit it by using ingame mechanics in a particular way.
