Lets assume I have an idea for a small event.. maybe involving only my guild, maybe even some more. I got the idea, I got the manpower, Im willing to write the script.. all I need is the tools. Basically an ability to play a char that really doesnt exist at the moment, maybe even some NPC everyone knows.
Who do I need to contact? Is this even possible? Well, I know it's possible, but does GOA do these kind of things?
