About twice the number characters, classes etc
Home made buildings and cities
You can even build and own your own palaces

oh....the lists endless.

Daoc is gonna have to do a hell of a lot to keep me playing

Some kind of future-online game...

Not like the old ones, Warcraft, Diablo, UO and such.
Even though Starcraft ruled.
Well, I personally like the midevil age-games the most.
If you wanna play SB, you can go rent the aliens or something like that instead, and watch it 2000 times or so, and it'll still be more interesting than SB and AO...

Shadowbane is just as much fantasy as any other game, and it is not released yet so how can you say it sucks compared to the thread maker who thought it is gonna rock and listed why instead of your clueless attacks.

But it will have to be one hell of a game if i was to leave Hibernian, ( i still have another 6 months left lol)

BTW The Sylvan Blades website is taking shape Rake and I were doing work on it last night, and we were in stitches it will not disapoint

i watched a movie about it, has some interesting ideas for sure although seems very guild based. hence no guild = very short life.

the buildings well daoc has that (just not yet), so does SWG, so it aint anything new.

the trade skill thing is interesting (hiring an npc to make and train in a skill while you sod off adventuring), but they swiped that idea partially from SWG... so far the only thing that impresses me are the amount of classes... but then with all the realm abilities daoc has, and i am sure there is allot mroe to come, i dont think it will have a patch on daoc.

SB weapons and armor look very dull, some of them look like huge bread knives... no offense but asking someone to lie down while i saw em in half aint my idea of fun...
