I need SB temp with Malice

I would like a template which uses FSLS mainhand and Malice offhand. It would need to have 10 Melee and Style, plus as much Melee speed as you can fit in. Preferably 7 at the lowest.

Anyone who can take on this challenge?

That's a fair point, but I like FSLS due to the celerity and I have 4 so I can swap them out for poisons without messing up the suit.

Probably not the best template around since the budget is like 20p, but happens to have what you want.
