i need help

Trying to remember a music video, i have no idea who made it or the song.

All i remember is a black guy in a white suit walks up and stops outside a cafe puts down a mat and starts dancing

A few people start talking and say he comes there to the same spot every year and dances for 24 hours, trying to find his lost girlfriend

The video goes on and its flash backs to him as a kid dancing in same spot etc

Someone must know this video its doing my head in
