i need help (again)

well atm my little parcel account has been suspended but ive sorted out the credit card now and i want to reactivate it i changed the ammount of months i payed for and i got a message saying :

Your transaction is being processed…

I thought this meant i could log on the game in 3 hours but when i tried it it was still closed. Is my account messed up or am i trying to reactivate it wrong?

Yes, just type ur card details again. Nothing happens i does the same with my account sometimes. Pretty anoying...

It should work if u wait the 3 hours and type ur credit card details in again.
