Finally the bolts work. Finally bolts are not 100% resistance based. My runie has a meaning(more so) again. And a big middle finger to all who said runecarving is a bad spec

My berserker does still dangerous damage. 30% downed...still works, not a big problem, so i'll kill yellow cons instead of chaining orange, meh.

Hats, excellent even if a little corny.

So, i like this patch.

30% downed...? No, not yet.. Its still on pendragon, IE, on a testing server, they'll play around with it some before making a decision to put it in the next patch =)

lol Tohtori, bolts boost, and leftaxe nerf is not in this patch in Europe, its only in testing in the US.
