For thew past 8 months or so at my job my boss came in some time between 9:30 and 10 am almost every day. I started off coming in at 8:30 but as time went on I decided "fuck that" and started coming in closer to 9:15. Anyways this is my last week and so to leave a good impression I've been coming in at 9 at the latest. Of course this is the week he decides to start coming in at 8:55!

Usually in Finland the lunch isn't included in worktime though
