i have a problem about pre-order box

hi every 1 i bought a pre-order box it included some bonuses beta access guaranteed, live game head start, two bonus items codes. i tried to use these codes for join to beta but i didnt coz my codes r not invalid. Pls help me if u have any idea about that thnx... for sharing your idea with me

As far i have seen, IN USA website they say about opening servers at friday, but i have nowhere seen the same thing for Europe. If it's really going to open at friday, shouldn't someone announce it ? Moreoever, open the DL servers beforehand so we can DL the client ?
And a question, can we use the CB client for OB ? ( I guess yus but a confirmation would be perfect )

The servers dont open on the 15th for open beta...the 15th is just when the americans can start registering and downloading and such.

2. Create a new Warhammer Online game account.
3. When prompted, enter your Open Beta code.*"

Had the same problem as you as well. So as it seems we have to wait until August 15.

GoA will announce when we in Europe can enter our codes. Nothing on the american website has a bearing on that.

Only thing you can do is wait and from what we have heard it most likely will not be on the 15th.

This is not correct. The Open Beta is not to be understood as an open access beta, but rather as an open information beta. That is, the Open Beta will not be under the NDA.

Naturally, our current testers will also participate in the Open Beta. CE Pre-Order customers will join them, as well as additional waves of testers from our pool of beta applicants.

Good of you to clarify this even if you and Iain have stated this here and there. I'd like to ask a question tho, it is about the CE EU exclusive mouse pad. Any info about what it will have on it? Is it the Warrior Priest and Chosen? (Sorry for hijacking the thread)

We don't know.
The 15th is the US download date.
No such date has so far been released for Europe. In addition to this we don't know when the US open beta will acctually start, some/most US CE holders are getting into the closed beta as well however we have yet to get any information about any such thing for us in Europe. So you just have to wait and see when the announcements are made, Iain hinted at something might get announced when the website goes back up or within the next couple of days. At least if I understood it correctly.

As Peo said that date is ONLY for US customers to download the client. However, Open Beta will start at exactly the same time in US and EU and that date has not been released anywhere yet.
