I had forgotten...

TdC has been clubbing for three days straight. He has re-learned some stuff.

I had forgotten...

the joyful slience in your head when stepping outside for a break after dancing too close to the speakers.
how beautiful it is to watch a girl dancing to a bassline. That has to be the most sexy thing in the world.
that alcohol can lift you up or pull you down depending how you use it. Remembering that you should use it, not the other way around.
that girls are evil, devious and sneaky. More so than men can ever hope to be.
my love of dreadlocks. [don't ask]
my love of the strip of female tummy between pants and top. It aer teh yummeh.
that it is possible to fall hopelessly in love with a girl only to find out that she has a sister that looks twice as good.
that the girl you love can stab you in the back without knowing.
that you will still love her after that.
that it hurts to know things that certain people don't know that you know. if you know what I mean.
that love has many forms, and if you try real hard you can push it away from you and not feel bad about it.
that I wasn't really honest in the above statement.
that you can go through a plethora of emotion in an evening and come out on top.
that when you open your eyes and look at the girl dancing in front of you the realisation that she is dancing with you as opposed to just dancing is the second best thing in the world.
that you can lose her but not lose. Hard one that: I'm not sure I fully understand.
that you're supposed to have fun. everyone is supposed to have their quota of fun. life is too short to fool around.
that redbull can make you high in a funny way.
that telling you guys about this is actually really neat :)

k. nuff soppyness heh. I'm off to meh kip. nighters.

Wow, that's a lot of stuff there. :)

I agree with most of it, apart from the love of dreadlocks [I won't ask] and we get the first one (joyful silence etc) at the end of the night when the DJ tells everyone to go home.

I'm tired and am not in the mood to form a coherent response. so I'll probably have another stab at this when I wake up. :)

Did every forum member have dreadlocks at some point? I know I did.;)

I didn't. Mainly because while I think they'd be funky, I'm not stupid. :D

GODLIKE!!!1

And when I try to go to the General page, IE says "Done" and throws a white page at me. :/

I can only get in this one because it's in the "5 most recent replies" list on the main page.

As in, you pull for the night, and the girl is lovely, but at the end, you never see her again ... and you don't mind. Yes TeeDee, I understand :)

You forgot to put in about finding out that your girlfriend isn't actually going to work at the local pub, she is infact going to work at the local massage parlour(with extra's), then returning home after a long night's rogering to climb into bed with you!!! All of that happened to my friend this Monday, he rang her supposed works only to find out that she hadn't been there since christmas, anyway, eventually all this came out(so to speak), but get this..............he's still with her:eek:

Something of a complex whenever hair is mentioned Summo? Perhaps you should go right round there and wash 'n' trim Nightchill's to quench your thirst for stroking grown men's heads. :D

I want dreadlocks, but I face the eternal conundrum of whether I really want them. I have really rather leet straight hair (tied back in a ponytail) at the moment and don't want to brutalise it. But I want locks, too. Nngh.
Who decided people should have hair? Fuckers :(

All mine came off last year. Got tired of it. It gets extremely annoying just as it passes through the "ow ow get the fuck out of my eyes!" stage.

Mine is shorn off atm, cos it looks utterly utterly shit long.

I don't have the face shape for long hair, so it's never been longer than a few inches in my life.

What I DON'T like about dreads is when they are attached to some white upper middle class wanker who talks in that kind-of-southern-look-at-me-I'm-not-rich-honest-I'm-a-homeboy accent.

Ie..a cunt.

The kind of wanker who asks his mother to iron his Nirvana t-shirt before he goes out and thinks he is a rebel. ARGH! There were loads of them at University, probably why I enjoyed doing Boxing at the time.
