Ok, i got the poisons but i'd like to know what they actually do.

One has a range of 1500 and it's applied to a weapon...i mean, what the hell?

What does disease do?

all range on poisons is ignorable

disease = halves all heals target gets (apart from paladin chant ) and until it wears off / is removed, will not regen any hp at all.
