Erm you can't tell if someone is green or blue anymore, they all look blue. Res killing does suck, but if someone's hunting you you need to get rid of them whether they're grey con or yellow con, res sick or non-res sick, blademaster or zerker (sorry couldn't resist ) If you don't they'll only uncover you when you least need it or join in ganking you when you do get caught.
