I got a serious problem :(

I'm with my girlfriend for 4 months now and thus far everything was really nice, but 2-3 weeks ago she started to be a bit strange. First she didn't want me to pick her up from work as I usually did. Instead she told me she had taken a taxi, but I never saw that f****** taxi, as it always parked around the corner. She also worked much longer and didn't come home until 7-8pm. Everytime I asked her where she was she told me that there was lots to do or that she had a little chat to some co-workers.

Ofc I suspected that there was another one in her life, but when I asked her she went all crazy about it and told me I was being jealous and stuff. So one night I went out and waited for her hidden behind my car (around the corner ofc). There wasn't a taxi at all and she kissed the "taxi driver" quite a long time before leaving the car. Trust me I was like wtfmad and then, while hiding behind my car, I saw that there was a rust spot on my engine bonnet. So now I got a problem: Try and fix it myself or let a garage handle it?
