Need to get this out of me, cause I got so annoyed. Rant mode on

I was in forest sauvage as usualy looking for some prey. Suddenly I spot two hibs, one caster and a blademaster and one alb. The caster is casting on the alb and the blademaster is running around a bit around him. I don't think about it more, I just shoot the caster to death and run from the blademaster (hunter vs shield-specced blademaster = dead hunter). Soon after this I check IRC and the following happens:

<me> if you're so stupid to have a duel at sauvage road it suits you right

Actually, if you can't find a place where people don't pass to make your duels you really really have to suit yourself if you get killed.

Oh, I ran from someone who I don't stand a chance against, doesn't that make me smart instead of gimp? And I'm a gimp because level 16 pets are the only ones around? Weird. I shot normal shots which cap at 454, so 400 isn't really gimp? And I'm ugly? The caster died before he got close to me, couldn't have seen me, no?

Oh, so next time someone is jumping I should assume they're dueling? Give me a break.

30 minutes to run to sauvage? You must have gotten really lost?

Hehe fuck them mate you carry on playing how you want,i know dam well you take ages to get to sauv(15 mins?) so you sure as hell want a good fight or to get some rp.

Ignore them,i have good melee resists and you have arrowed me and hit better in melee combat than most people out there.

Play how you want,you pay to play after all.

My sympathies, if u see them kill them, I do and have getten lots of abuse for it. (not that i give a shit)

Duel's sure no probs but not in high risk area's that's just silly/dumb/retarded if people want to duel or "test armour" or "dance with a freind" they should think more carefully about where they do it.

Kill the enemy where and when u want u shud not have to defend your actions or even explain them. realm mates enemies u do what u want, if they have a problem they cud report you to GOA

Bollocks to them all i say, and flaming u on IRC well that's even more sad.

I have a funny feeling i know who ur talking about also, think i upset them before and next chance will do so again

I think I've accidently wandered into duels on the odd occasion. The problem is, you never know if it's a duel or someone who got jumped. You spend time messing about in RvR and invariably you are having a dirt sandwich very fast. I just assume someone's in trouble and get down to helping out a realm buddy.

I've never actually duelled, so I can't say anything about the frustration that a player might feel - only times I've been one on one I've been jumped (mmm pyjama armour, must keeel...) so I have no problem if someone comes charging in.
