i downloaded bf1942 and it screwed up and doesnt show any severs and fucks up plz he

i downloaded bf1942 demo and when i loaded it on my pc
and got in it, it came up with a error and didnt even start loading the severs plz help as i need bf1942 demo until i can get some cash for the ful version

Look in your log file in the logs folder of your install directory to find out what the error is. Then we can advise you further.

Also, there's a patch for the multiplayer demo, make sure you get that and apply it too.

As far as I can tell it's equivalent to the 1.1 patch for the retail version, so does fix some things including unlocking non-60Hz refresh rates on XP/2K.
