I can't open gates..

Any gates in game (sauvage, snowdonia etc) won't open for me, I've double clicked the switch a billion times but nothing happens other than it saying I've selected it. I've deleted most of the root files in the lab folder and had it repatch but this didn't help.

Any ideas? I'm about to delete some of the other folders to see if repatching them works.

It works fine in the DR client

having the same problem, as far as i can see its because i patched from US to EU and it kept some of the new files, only way to get around it would be to reinstall full game from www.camelot-europe.com or wait for 1.87

have you tried clicking the button that looks at all files while patching?

I patched from US and have problems with the gates to leave NF at Sauv and Snow.

I have to stand next to the wall opposite the switch for it to work.

Sorted it by deleting all folders and repatching whilst I was out but Glema's tip works.

oddly the game does run a LOT faster and smoother now, I'd patched from the US to the EU versions so some files even after a full check must have been slightly different!
