I went to Odins Gate recently and as soon as I got near the amg I started getting /s messages and /b and some death messages from some ppl not in my realm there was more to this but I only started chat logging after a minute or so. Coz mids killed me ;p I think all the messages are from the Gna area becuase the death messages were from Mora Dancers and Venomspitters. Heres the log;

Usp had a similar experience where he was laying dead (I think) outside a keep somewhere and could see the conversation going on between Mids inside the keep. Dunno how, when or why, but there it is.

I've had the same experience, regularly when charging PK's to suicide. I've lain there for about a minute before releasing, and a it's quite bizarre some of the stuff the albs talk about

This happened to me a long time ago, in version 1.36, on Excalibur. I was just toodling around Connacht minding my own business when i started getting spammed with group chat and messages from a Midgard group. From what I could figure out, the system had suddenly decided that I was a Midgard player in that group and I was seeing all his group and guild chat, as well as all the messages "xxx shoots the mob with his bow" that he was seeing. I tried /sending to him but either he could not hear me or he was too busy to answer. It only stopped when I logged out and logged in again.

I had completely forgotten about that. A very strange experience.

i had somelike that ages ago....
alb in emain , my group at amg , me at the pk, i asked where they was wtc and began to run over, then i get xxx person hits u for 3xx damage( in red as if it hit me) tho i took no damage, i also got a msg , wasnt from an alb , didnt understand it (wasnt english), i did /send to the person , not in realm ?
then it stoped and i ran to amg and died

I think I can top your story.. which has also happened to a friend of mine, by the way.

I was killed (after a tough fight and prolly by some cowardly range weapon user, of course) at the MMG in Odin's Gate. When I released I arrived near my bindstone as usual. Having bought a ticket from the nearby stablemaster, I found myself not on horse, but in the middle of the gates at AMG Odin's, surrounded by incoming albs! So I quickly stealthed, as you do.. and they seemed not to see me.. I went away, waited for rez sickness to wear off, and killed a few late arrivals as they entered the milegate, continued as if nothing had happened.

Anybody know how you can get this to happen more often? ;P (j/k goa - gimme a damn break will ya?)
