Yup, it's a lot darker than Wide Angle, but the strings are still there, along with some lovely Peter Hook basslines

It's absolutely stunning, as Scooba said, bit darker than the original but it's a lot more cohesive as a whole album. Whats interesting is they've shifted from the female vocals found on Wide Angle with a new vocalist in the form of Adam Taylor - the track 'I'm still awake' featuring his vocals is superb - forms a massively atmospheric, dreamy sonic landscape (as does the whole album tbh - but this track is the highlight for me).
Can't wait for the CD release.. will be first in line at HMV that morning
Notice they're playing live at Fabric in August.. definitely worth the trip down I think.
