Hybrid Hunter Template

Usually I make decent templates without too much effort, these seem rather hard to make though, even harder than spearvalk

This is what I have so far, bold is the bad part

Anyone able to help improve it? My requirements are quite strict though, so it may not be doable.

It has to keep 9-10 casting speed, 10 spell pierce, 10 spell damage, 9-10 range, 101 dex, high hits/con, AF is a bonus.

Item wise, it has to have either the TG chest or ML10 chest. Sleeves are a must, unless you really can't improve it without using dragonslayer, legs aren't neccesary but they provide a big portion of the ToA's. AT & Cloak are probably neccesary, as the halloween belt/bracer combination leads to HUGE dex overcap and generally does not fit at all. I suppose Astral Cloak is an option, I just couldn't get it to fit over Nosdodent. Also having DS charge is nice, but isn't too important The Bow must also stay; kinda works well and allows to swap to a few select bows while keeping DPS stats. For melee I will be using the Astral Voltaic Hooked Spear; it has the same stats as the Bow. It's for Kobold, so I don't exactly need tons of QUI. Probably 35-40ish.
