Hunter Spec

Im rolling a hunter when next paych arives and this is how im gonna spec him.

35 stealth (Gets to a nice lvl with +11 from items and rr5)
39 Spear
45 Bow (for rapid fire 3)
32 Beastcraft (For the pet)

I think this sounds like a good spec. :>

I'm slowly soloing to 50, my final spec is:

36 stealth (Gets to a nice lvl with +11 from items and rr5)
29 Spear (Hunters are shite at mele so no point specing in spear (IMHO) )
50 Bow (for top PA )
34 Beastcraft (For the pet and extra speed)

Yeah I meant lvl 50 Current spec is gimped lol. I've taken over the acc from a mate, and his spec is 26 stealth, 44 spear, 41 beastcraft, 39 bow. BUT I have a full respec left luckily /cheer So yeah any advice would be nice

yes i agree, fatbelly for example cant melee anyone to death. it's impossible. respec out of spear imo and put more to beastcraft and stealth.

it all depends on how you wish to play if you want to melle alot the go for higher spear if you want to shoot and run then bow and beast

whirling spear isnt a really good anytime as its EAT end, but if you have end potion or you need to finish your oponent off wit a few hits then its a good move, but better to stay with engage/wounding thrust.

i'm going for the following spec at lvl50 for my hunter

stealth - 35
spear - 34
bow - 47
beastcraft 34

but this could change, i may find that this spec is no good as i travel the long way to 50 ...

oh and weeee ... no spear39, so another gimp to add to my collection

No more or less beastcraft then 32 (if you can't get away with lower speed you won't get away)

39 spear atleast, the from behind stun style rocks.


Imo a pretty good spec is 39 spear, 45 bow, 32 beastcraft and 35 stealth.

Or you can switch and have 44 spear and 40 bow.

My curent spec is 44 spear, 40 bow, 32 beastcraft and 35 stealth, but I think I wil respec to 39 spear, 45 bow, 32 beastcraft and 35 stealth after the patch.

Its 45 OR 50. You gain close to nothing from 45-47.
