Can someone confirm that SoM proc does or does not stack with reactive abla's ?

It overrides them..

If SoM procced.. you have an ablative active.. you get hit again for 140dmg, 140 is absorbed and you have 60 left on the SoM ablative.. but on that hit a reactive ablative proccs from your legs.. then it will overwrite the SoM ablative.. and vice vers.
