For some reason i can not even log on to rightnow on my acc and when on my friends i could not even find a place to post a question SO i have to ask here i am On "A war of old Step 8 Give this book to masrim" Would be lovely if i had a book to give her but i dont due to it not being with me (How nice) So how do i get in contact with the support mythic loves to say it has when they hide it behind everything including the kitchen sink.

To post a question in Rightnow, you need to first look at another question someone else has asked.

In theory, this is to stop you asking the same question someone else has already asked.

In practice, it is a stupid way of confusing and alienating people who are having difficulties It took me forever to get to grips with it too...

Try that, and if you still aren't getting any progress, come back.

Your going to love this my acc could not sign into Rightnow So i had to use a friends acc which makes my day. What makes that better is his acc's email is signed over to yet another person :O Hellsminion rounds the base to 1st dashes for 2nd and is trying to locate that third base Tried to leave a msg on rightnow not sure if it worked if not i am going to go through the eula and break every rule so they get an admin to talk to me and i can ask directly. Best idea i have had thus far but as for buying an epic i see no reason why i should have to buy another epic when i should be able to get my own as i am not made of money and will need to fork over my left and right arm just to get crafted armour weapons sc and alchemy what can i say i would like me epic and not suffer without

Well left the message and wonderfully they have not done a thing about it. 3 days is plenty of time if not resolved then there must be a way to get them to pay attention ie anyone know any bugs that makes them come out to warn people so i can actually get to talk to one of the so called mythic//goa people do not know which it is but thus far this customer support is pretty pathetic in anarchy online the worst case i had was when an item did not appear in my inv which i needed for a quest within 4 hours it was resolved in daoc we are heading up for 4 days now surely even they could solve a problem that prevents someone doing their epic quickly as it is a valuable part of finding some story out and to get good items and at 40+ a valuable way to gain a few bubbles of xp now i have to wait and wait beginning to really just add insult to injury for your average player who gets a problem.

As far as I'm aware, GOA customer support don't work over the weekends.

I'm sure that when they return to work your problem will be sorted. After all, epic armour is the reward for reaching level 50!

Fixed at last item appeared in my inv after a darkuluv pull and i thought that one of them had dropped it nice how it appeared though to solve my problems. Thanks goa/mythic guess i can't flame anymore well until the next time
