Pretty rare 
Kci has one but I don't think he wants to sell it.. Hmm lvl 50... those hollow men are blue/green... easy to hunt for a drop

Well snowdonia ain't that camped like Lyonesse, Barrows, Dartmoor. So I think you would have a fair chance of a drop when no one is there... Good luck finding/buying one.
