ok, im not that EXPERT on computers.. but i know abit.. but this is going way over my head :(

today... i needed to take my laptop downstairs to hook it up to a projector (SP)

so i pulled the network cable out and then shut the lid (while evrything was working ok).. before that i played daoc abit and had no problems.

when i managed to get my ass to downstairs i opend the lid... evrything seemed ok... then i tryd to open firefox that i had allredy open... didnt work... thought it lagged out or something... used ctrl+alt+del to getr the task manager up... now thats where things got crazy... never seen this shit that was there. the user name that processes run uner where written in some squares (SP) and i couldnt shut down enything.. after trying abit i decided to restart... well, after that... blue screen of death.... etc.

thought... ok, format time.... tryd to format partion... stuck on 6% wount move :/

quick format worked.... kinda... got files copyd... started to install... installed a few minz... did a restart (wtf ?) and started all over agian.... and so it went.

tryd to format from recovery console... still stuck on 6%

i have the HD partioned... one is 10 gig and other is like 70gig something partion.

on the 10 gig partion i have window (i know.. should give it more room and stuff)

i havent deleted the second partion becouse i have stuff there i really dont wanna loose...

im still trying stuff out atm... so if enyone has eny ideas... give me some of em :p ty

edit: did a full windows instalation repair.... got this error now

c0000221 {bad image checksum}
the image apphelp.dll is possibly corrupt. the header does not match the computed checksum

if windows can boot use run 'chkdsk /r' from the command prompt and then restart the computer. On restarting before the OS mounts the HD it will run a full sector check.

If it doesnt use a boot disc to start a command prompt and then do the same thing.
