Honest opinion... its not very good mate. As Ceix said, get the nice quest belt and get the 1.62 neckie next patch :)

Using my Guarded Rapier (2 handed slot) to PA with then flicking to faster weapon. Based on using a few MP bits and a random drop I got from a raid in Alb once that saved me some serious cash :)

rofl, you dont even cap stealth? heat resist is just luxery, better get +11 env then some magical resists imo. I'm starting to get realty tired of swapping. but you can have my sc template if you like, mp leather and 99% wpns and cap all but energy and heat that is around 15-20%, i got +3 env on suit so i just need to swap one item.

change df belt for stout leather belt, cloak for the pooka one (if you can stand unhooded), and change the neckie to avernal neclace.

He does cap stealth when he's running about with his PA rapier, so only one item to swap for him too.

CD is a huge factor in your damage output, and body (poison) and matter (dot procs) resists are important for a NS since you take alot of extra damage with resists as low as that. But yes its cheap :)

Nah, it was changed once in test with a patch note, never went live, beside, unless increasin 75 int all our stlong magik would do AT LEAST DOUBLE of their dmg, I highly doubt any NS would even bother with it, we r busy enough capping all other thingies :)
