Sparx, I know how you feel. I got about 60 photos (/100) of stuff like that using a sony camera (crappy small one) and I wish I had a decent camera. Sadly, I know nothing about cameras

ive always liked this one.
one of the lads on holiday snapped it with a disposable 35mm camera, no one has claimed it yet though.

i shot this on my k800. you can see the back lighting is movement blurred but the lightning bolt happend so fast it actually appeared as unblurred!

This was one of the first pictures I ever took, out in africa, while I was doing a safari following a pride of lions, we observed them eating and that was when I took....
