How to use house to transfer money to alts

Well all you do is buy expensive furniture or tools/npc and put them in vault adn then you log alt on and sell them.

AFAIK the money you buy things for = sell price

npcs dont sell for same value, they go for %75, not tried craft tools but they should be %75 as well. (to prevent switching imo)

Furniture retains it full value fyi.

So you buy a chair for 100g, you can sell it back for 100g

Dont sell to npcs, sell back to the housing items store thingy.

Maybe you could use the CMs to transfer cash too.

Drop a thing at your merchant, set the price on it same as the amount of cash you want to transfer and tada relog to other char and get the cash

I fail to see how that would work, as it's an item you put on your merchant, not money... Hence, unless you're using two accounts, you can't really transfer money that way - and if you got two accounts, you can only transfer it one way.

Only the houseworner would get cash that way and a few more relogs would be necessary for it to work.
Only the house owner can access the Consignment Merchant in this patch.

only if u sell it in the decorate store - in a normal store u only get the 75%
