How to /use an item on quickbar

How do I put /use on quickbars.

Say I want to have an artifact with two uses, fx. Winged helm with the speed burst and the no style damage ability.

Reason I want them on quickbar, is to see when they are ready to use again, and for quick access.

unfortunately you can not (as far as I know) put the actual items /use on the qbar only a generic /use or /use2

and for quick access.

Have a qbar with the first button set to /macro use /use
set the second to /macro use2 /use2
in the other 8 places put all the pots and arties you need to use.
I now you still dont get the tootip saying how many secs to reuse but atleast they are handy.

Bind e to use, f to use2:

Put artis on qbar, press either e or f, then click item.
