how to spec a cabalist ?

Has anyone got any good links and or advice on how to spec a cabalist for good r v r and p v e play ?

I was thinking of going mainly matter 49 or 50 and sticking the rest into body

Will this be an ok spec or would i be gimping the character by going sohigh in matter ?
