how to get subs pass sent to different email

When GOA/Mythic changed subs pass, i had no longer accsess to that email address, therefore I havent received my new pass.

I have sent GOA 2 emails and got buggerall in return, please can some1 help me sort this out cos its annoying me now :(

Ive heard thiss has happened to many ppl before, please could u tell me what info u put in the email to subscription@goa.com or whatever the email address is

Try send yout real life addres have seen some guys say thant might help and game log in and password.

or else idont know maby some1 else who konws more what to do can hep u better.

I guess they get a lot of emails every day and not might have time too answer all mail what do i know jusr seams many haveing truble whit this sort of problems . (((

I have been waiting 7 weeks now for either password, I have sent them everything but the credit card number i use to pay for the account. my last email i sent took them 9 days to reply , GOA should be made us there own shoddy CS imo , see how much they would like it .

but they would go on strike or something , or maybe burn some sheep ( French seem to love that)



I wont' curse ( on the boards) and yes i think i will cry a bit more

Oh and I sent them my old email address (the one they had on record), my old login name and password. I couldnt find or remember my sub login/password but that didnt seem to matter. They emailed me back 2 days later.

well seeing as it´s your brothers account anyone that felt like it could just mail rightnow telling them you aren´t the proper owner and bye bye ......

anyways what you need to include in the mail to GOA is

old game login/pass
old subs login/pass
RL adress used at first registration
email used at first registration
new email
evt. new adress

that should do the trick

as i have said many times before, and i will say it once more

if u have changed your email, and u havent got time to change it on sub page before crash to fresh 1, u just sent mail to goa, explain what happened, and then goa will ask u that email what u used when u registered game, and then also new 1, and if u have bought account f.ex using ebay, lmao, how on earth u would know that 1 =) lol, so go buy game again if u really wanna play it, or buy new 1 , as said on CoC they dont give a rats ass about if u have bought game from some1, lmao

bb ebay accounts =)

I even registered on the french Goa chat room and told them off :p
Finally sent a registered letter, cost nearly three quid and an email came same day :/

emailed them about 20 times, still took 6 weeks to get my 'Free month'

I wonder how many more ppl cancelled their subs in the wake of SWG.

Well I hope your luck improves, but remeber 'What goes around ....Comes around'
