how to get rights to kick/ban people

on the barrysworld server (ctf) are still a lot cheaters. and there are most of the time no admins. the cheating ruines everything for the other players. and the cheaters come back (with different names). how can i get rights to be able to kick and ban those cheaters. i play 2 or 3 hours a day and every day there is a fucking speeder

if you have the rcon control its easy

here are a few commands you will need

in console type status this lists the current players their slot number and ip address

say you want to get rid of player in slot 4..you would type in console kick 4

to ban them you need their ip adreess

you would type in console filter_add ??.???.??.??? their ip adress they will be banned from the server

if you want to unban them you would type filter_remove and their ip number
