Yes the in game tool is being monitored 24/7 and each and every report of exploiting is investigated to the full extend.
Passing it to Magnus or myself doesn't do much good, all we can do is forward it to our Customer Support brethren who would have been on the case already if you would have sent it to them via the in game tool. Also they need the in game report for the usual paper trail/administrative reasons.
Note that you will never get responses from these reports, policy prevents us from discussing these kinds of investigations. But I can assure you that we take them very serious.
