one way is to ask the E&E's ingame to contact a gamemaster, like Adari for hib

also one of the gm's roams the boards more often then the others now, so maybe they'll find u

You can always report things to the E&E team.

We can advise on a lot of things and we have some contacts in GOA.

Im on the E&E if you /send cens you will get me (mostly during the weeknights)

I have come across that /who 100 didnt work, for the simple reason the GM was only lvl 37.

It said, "Requiel the lvl 37 something-i-dont-remember in where-ive-forgotten [DEV]". But /who DEV showed all people ingame

Yeah, I'd edited myself to play an event NPC and forgot to edit everything back to how it was for a day or so.
/who CSR or /who DEV don't work anymore, they just do the same as /who all

The /appeal system has never been included in euro DAoC due to legal issues. Mythic, in their infinite wisdom, attached the gc autoremove function to /appeal as well, which is why that isnt available to us either. This means that instant help isnt available unfortunately. If it's an emergency, you can contact someone on E&E who can often get hold of a gm for you. For issues that arent major, anyone you contact will tell you the same thing: mail RightNow.

(and dont bother complaining about RN - just accept it - there isnt anything else available at the moment).

Generally between the hours of 10am cet and 11pm cet monday through friday there is a GM available they just may not be ingame... this is where the Eyes and ears come in... the last few weeks have been a little different as I've been on holiday however Requiel has been more than making up for that (check some of his message times he's been available at stupid oclock in the morning)
The EnE team are really good at contacting us with problems so make a note of the names of your server/realm guys and let them know if you have a problem!!

Ohh I get a fair few of those... generally ingame helps is stuff like bugged critters for artifacts (no don't ask us to spawn them if they aren't there even if you have been waiting a zillion years and haven't even taken time out to go to the loo) bugged bits of MLs, you got your character stuck in a tree trying to hide from a zerg.. etc etc... as well as questions on how stuff works (if the GM you are talking to doesn't know it's a safe bet they can yell to someone in the office who does)

Stuff we can't do anything about in game: account problems, bugged quests, account hacking, or anything that isn't pretty basic on the surface as we will have to look into it deeper than we can live ingame. When in doubt ask! You might get a quick answer or you might be asked to report it through to RightNow so we can track the steps we take to investegate but one way or another we'll do our best to get things sorted for you.

Believe it or not we actually do give a damn and like to help!!
