How to find the crafter of your liking :

First u decide which type of crafter u need i.e. alch/sc/ac etc.
Then u go to roll of honours on camelot-europe.com and find the 10 best crafters of that trade. (example Mandi #8 Spellcrafter on Albion with 1033 pts)
Then u check which guild Mandi would be in (in this case :Lords of England)
Then u check to see if Mandi happens to be on - if not u check with any guildmember of LoE if she happens to be on an alt (Bbq/Blouse or another toon for one)
After u inquire enough u will find out on which alt she is or if she will be back shortly.
Then u spam her 'will u do some sc for me pweassseeee' and this all ends with me going 'Bugger - they found me again >.<'

You can apply this to any crafter u like - but don't tell u got this little trick from me

That's fair enough tbh, if a crafter doesn't want to be found i think they can hide thier tradskills from the ROH.

Tbh being the highest lvl crafter doesnt mean your the best. i was on the list once didnt mean i was very good at it at that point
