Many people seems to take it for granted that just because you are online you are available to chat, take orders and answer questions in general. Its nothing wrong with asking questions, but there are better times and worse time for asking them.
When sending a pm to an unknown person you should always ask first if they are busy. This I thought would be common knowledge. Another thing you should do is always do a /who before sending any messages. A lvl 50 in E.Svealand or Vale of Mularn is most likely on horse to Uppland and shouldn't be that busy. A lvl 50 in the frontiers is probably very busy.
Many questions doesn't even need to be asked if people took some time and read about their class and the patchnotes.
To conclude:
- Do a /who first
- Always ask if the person is busy
- Be polite
- And atleast try to look on net or read patchnotes before you ask why so few hunters have hammers.
