How much time till you are worth RP's again?

Because I dont have the cheats/proggies to cheat available I helped my fellow albs today by running over and over again into a mid group camping the road to Excal....just so they got the location of the big ugly bastards....

Becasue I was thinking that I wasn't worth any rp's anyway the first few minutes.....but was I right? How long exactely after you have been killed you are not worth any rp's? till ress sick is gone? shorter? longer?

You would think but sometimes you don't even get the "was killed recently" message, thus leaving a lot of players robbed from their rp's without explanation behind.

If i were to goto a healer and have my res sickness cured i would instaly be worth rp's then, or would the 5 minute timer still kick in.
