How much speed increase

i got an abit AT7 max2 motherboard and was looking at different ram speeds.

will i notice much of a speed increase with pc3200 ram (400mhz) over pc2700 ram??

I was going to buy a stick of ocz 512mb pc3200 ram that i have seen.

It depends on what you are doing with it. For example, most games are not really dependent on CPU RAM speed, a better graphics card with quicker video RAM will show far greater improvement. The possible exception is Quake III, which is defintiely improved by CPU RAM upgrades.
