How much should I offer?

Have been trying to find a lvl 51 mp small shield speed 2,8 but can't seem to find any, or to get a crafter to make one. How much should I offer to make it interesting?

if i cba to make any i usually stick them on my CM for a plat.

Same, when i've made them I usually just drop them on my cm at 1p each. And they are usually gone by the next day.

Keep meaning to make some for extra cash but never get round to doing it

Cheers for the input. I finally found 1 yesterday, a bit more expensive then I would have thought but it was definately worth it since I've been looking for a while. Demand was high and supply was very low so ...
